Tribe 9 – Shamrocks 1
The Tribe flexed their muscles offensively and defensively in tonight's victory. The game was ended after 7 innings due to the mercy rule. Greg Boyle (Hofstra) pitched four innings, allowing no earned runs, and struck out five. Rick Alessi (LIU Post) had two hits, scored two runs, and has two RBI's. Mike O'Dwyer (Queens College) had three hits and two RBI's. Jack Zagaja (New Haven) had one hit, one run, and one RBI.
