Tribe 4 – Shamrocks 2
Thomas Yohe’s (Muhlenberg) two-run single in the bottom of the fifth inning was the difference in a back-and-forth affair on Monday evening at St. Dominic’s. After James Carr (Stony Brook) hit a two-run single in the second inning to put the Tribe up 2-0, the Shamrocks were able to tie the score in the fourth on a two-run single by Elan Trischitta (SUNY Purchase). Tyler Krolikowski (Mount St. Vincent) pitched six innings and gave up two runs on five hits and three walks while earning his first win of the summer. Michael Fuchs (Iona) pitched three innings of shutout relief to earn the save.
